Wayshrine quick travel on Xbox One

On PC, once I have located a wayshrine I can travel between any of them even on different islands or regions. Thus if I discover the wayshrines on Auridon then go to Kenarthi's Roost and discover those two wayshrines T can then fast travel between any of them. On the Xbox I can not. I can see the wayshrines I found on Khenarthi's Roost when I am there or those on Auridon but I can't find anyway to fast travel between them. Is this a new thing with the console (because nobody said anything that I can find) or am I not looking in the right place?
