Hi

This is allowed in the forums, Daedra Hearts are quite rare in this game, and so far I have found only one way to get them, this is by deconstructing Daedra pieces such as armour or weapons, because this requires a high level, not many people will have them in game at the moment. So unfortunately it may take you a while to find someone who would be willing to sell it to you or you might have to wait and level up a bit until you unlock daedra armour or weapons.

I'm not on PS4; otherwise I'd be happy to give you some (I'm a PC transfer to XB). However, as previously mentioned, these are quite rare, so new players will not have them.

However, there are PC transfers to PS4 that may be willing to give/sell you some. Also, when the guild kiosks get up and running (bidding should end Sunday) you can look to see if any are for sale.

As for finding them yourself. As previously mentioned, you can get them from deconstructing Daedric gear, but you won't see much, if any, of that until you get to Coldharbour. The other way to find them yourself requires a lot of work - finishing main quest/faction storyline, Cadwell's Silver. So, not until you're in Cadwell's gold (Veteran 6-10 zones) you won't find any in containers. Oh...another way is to get a Blacksmithing hireling. There's a slim chance they will send you one in the mail.
