Hey all,
I'm posting on behalf of my girlfriend who's having some major issues connecting to ESO on Xbox One. In her words:
"• After selecting “Play” I am placed in queue
• Less than a minute later, I am kicked from the queue (“LOGIN FAILED: Connection to server timed out. Please try again later.”)
• I re-enter the queue over and over again, resulting in the same login failure message and getting kicked from queue
• I can log in to the EU server with no wait or problems and have tried the “log into EU then NA” workaround.
• After being kicked from queue and re-entering over and over, I hard reset my console after 10 or so attempts.
• Only once, I got “ERROR: 100 (3:6:159:597) Timeout while waiting for the realm directory service.”
• I’ve made sure my NAT is open and I tried port forwarding.
• Have not tried wired, but decent wireless internet speed (10.97 up and 45.45 down)
• From 8am til 3pm, I can get on the NA server after a 3-5 tries, after 3pm I have had absolutely no success (even going into the late evening)"
On top of this, she and I do not show up on one another's in game friends list. We've done the remove/re-add workaround and it worked at first, but shortly thereafter we noticed we had been removed from one another's list. So we don't know what gives and it's really frustrating because we're loving this game. We understand MMO launch issues, but it seems strange that I can log in, get in queue and be playing in mere moments, where she can sit in the queue for an hour before getting booted.
Help!
