Crown Redemption Issue

I received a redemption code from EB Games Australia for 750 crowns which i redeemed. I didnt get the crowns after i redeemed it though. You guys said i had to contact Sony which i did both Sony US via chat and Sony Australia via telephone. I was advised that the issue is with Bethesda and its not a Sony store problem and they would not be able to assist with the problem as they can not access in game currency.
I have lodged a ticket but it appears I get somewhat of a generic reply because it says that i need to contact Sony when i have already outlined in the ticket that i have done so ??????
Anyone else have this issue? Posting here also as i hope there is less of a chance to get a generic response.
