I am tired of these automated emails to a serious issue

I have tried contacting you now several times. I've tried posting on the forums, and I've gotten bumped, and told to contact your email. I have contacted you by email and I keep getting the same response, even after it says rely back if your issue hasn't been resolved. My issue is that I had purchased the $80 imperial edition, as stated in the email, and also attached pictures of proof. I have NOT received my items in the in game mail. I have not received my Pledge of Mara, or the Maps. I'm beyond furious now because I've paid all this money for the extra, an have not received it, and have not received any help at all on this situation. I just keep getting bumped or an automated response that does completely NOTHING. Thank you, if you're actually a person reading this and can help me.

    At least you've received an automated reply. I've sent two separate emails with ticket numbers and spent two hours on hold before giving up. I've received not email back, automated or otherwise. Never got through on phone. All I can do is wait and hope they have my ticket/issue registered.

    I was an idiot and deleted my first character therefore deleted my rings and maps. I hope that I can get them back without having to pay $10 for another ring. I got an automated message too which is very unprofessional and very disconcerting to me. This is the same support that Rockstar does on their site. When I ask for support I want to talk to a real person.

    We do apologize for the frustration that your running into currently. This is an issue that we are aware of and we are currently working towards a fix. At the moment, we do not have a known workaround available, but the moment we have more information we'll be sure to let everyone know.

    I know a solution you could give him 1,000 crowns to buy the ring.Can anyone help me with me losing my ring and maps? Ive put in a ticket and only got a computer generated message. On the support page it says we will get a response from a human not a robot. I hate when companies lie. Overall I'm very disappointed with how support has been. I want my issue resolved.

    They are just overwhelmed right now but I do agree that we have been cheated.

    The guy apologised, said they were aware and trying to fix, then linked a known issues thread which you obviously haven't bothered reading. What more do you want right this second? Everyone knows you are unhappy but chill out. These things happen let them get on with fixing it not just for you, but everyone else.

    Life is full of mistakes and inconveniences. I'll give you two bits of advice:

    1 - don't sweat the small stuff
    2 - everything is small stuff

    You haven't been cheated, there is a hold up. Honestly, this sort of thing happens every single day, with games, deliveries, retail stock, repair men being late, broadband going down and a million other things people complain about. They haven't cheated anyone, they know there is an error and they're working on fixing it.

    The uproar and whining is getting incredibly tiresome.
