Locking up then reboot

Anyone else after awhile have there ps 4 locked up? Then after a few seconds or more it shuts down. Then you have to wait a few before it will start up again? I had this happen a few times. My ps 4 is well taken care of and in a well ventilated spot. I don't know if it is the game or my ps 4.
