Same here I just ran into this error, and there's no way of resetting mission

Just restart the game, this seems to solve the problem for a lot of people. Or do as I did - went on a different character for 10 minutes and when I went back, she was there and I did the mission no problem.

Don't reset it anyway, she will appear

Same thing happened to me last night, Logged out and back in and she was there.

Hit right on dpad to change quest. Works for afew quests actually. Not on campaign tho
