console character power shift???

playing on console with no changes between my pc account and ps4 account but i have noticed that i appear much stronger on the console version enemies dying easier and just hitting overall less hard against me. im a sorcerer in 5pc light 2pc heavy vr 14 goofing off in craglorn normally a gang of welwa if not dodged or putting some distance between me and them i'd be dead in a couple hits. on console im wiping the floor with them like a vr 14 vs vr 1 enemies and they are hitting me for about 40% less. beginning to think they lowered the difficulty since targeting and controls and camera are a bit more hands on in console versions.
