I am at level7, my character is unable to complete a quest simply because the person I need to talk to is invisible, the button appears to talk to him but nothing happens. There are now hoards of black characters running all over the land, I am unable to see my enemies and am being killed by invisible ones. I have tried to create a new character but cant do that either because the new character is also invisible!!"! AAArrhhhh. Surely there must be something wrong with the gameplay.... can anyone help?

The 'official' recommendation or solution for this right now is to reboot the console.
hold down the power button down until the console restarts, and launch the game again.
It sucks, believe me, but it works for almost everyone0
