Character appearance change as part of ESO Plus? Just hear me out....

I think an appearance change feature would be great for ESO Plus. For those of us who are a tad obsessive compulsive and are somewhat vain, an appearance change feature would be a strong selling point. It could just be the character customization section from the beginning. Some people want a "barbershop" or some place we go in game to do this, but that only delays implementation of the feature because the developers have to create that. The character creation section already exists. So simply allowing us to return to that would be much easier and allow the feature to be implemented sooner rather than later. Yes, everybody wants everything now, now, now, but seriously not having to create a physical barber shop in game and simply allowing us to return to the character customization section ad nauseum would be awesome! I have a feeling this would get a lot of folks to hop on ESO Plus train!

I think the best way is to make those "barbershops" for customizing character's hairstyle, tattoo or something like this for gold.
And to make an opportunity for full appearance change (like in character editor), but for crowns only. It could be a scroll or something like this. Because many people (and me too) realized that their characters looks... ugly. And they would like to change it. Remember face sculptor in Skyrim? That's what I mean.

But personally I against of race change. Neither for crowns, nor for ESO+ or even gold. Just imagine what will happen. Moreover, thhis means big problems (your alliance, bank, quests, especially main quest, when you're sending to another territory and ect.). No, that's the bad way, I think.

I don't loose hope and saved 1k crowns for "potencial" future appearance change

Yea, I agree with you. In-game, it would be cool to pay gold at a barbershop to change hairstyles, adornments, hair color and tattoos. Changing only these features on our characters should be fast and simple.

For a full face and body customization, we should be able to have that option in the Crown Store. I think a good price for that should be 1500 Crowns. That's the amount ESO + members get every month and it's a steep enough price to veer people from frequently changing their entire appearance all the time. The option to do it should be there though.

@Junkogen I don't understand why you seem really eager for ZOS to put this feature on the Crown Store! I know that several other MMOs like Runescape have the ability to change your appearance for free! Now I'd understand a charge of in-game gold but really?! Why do you want us to pay? We're not all made of money.

I'm not made of money either, but I feel like we're at the point where they won't be giving us any freebies. For better or worse, we're in B2P mode, which means they're going to take any advantage to get us to pay more money. It would actually be amazing if we got this tpe of feature paid for with in-game gold.

I have a feeling that we'll probably see this feature linked to ESO Plus somehow. I know they said that if they added a race change feature it would be a Crown Store item.

I think it'd be fair enough to have a racial transfer or alliance transfer as a Crown Store transaction but Iesu Grist, I'll be damned if they expect me to pay ACTUAL MONEY to tweak my character's 'forehead slope' or 'facial adornment!' I would however, be more than willing to pay IN-GAME MONEY for the privilege.
