Game keeps making a faint ringing sound every few Seconds

I don't know what it is but is almost sounds like a nirnroot but no matter where I am this faint ringing sound goes off. Is it a notification or a glitch? Has anyone else had this problem or know how I can stop it? Thank you. -Mark

✭You should bug report it. The game had quite a few issues on PC with some NPC dialog being heard all over the map, and this might be another bug of that kind.0 -
It is the notification that you have joined a voice channel. There is a bug that causes the game to sometimes eternally connect to a channel.
