Can you purchase or build a home to store goods?

    Not at this time. Hopefully it'll be something done in the future. For now, you can store stuff for all your characters in your Bank - it is accountwide.

    No, this is something they have said they would like to add but as for actual plans nothing concrete has been announced.

    To store items you can use a bank which are found in most major cities (such as the one you awoke in after the tutorial).
