Can't Log In and Can't get support

So I have been trying to log in for two days now and have about 10 hours of trying invested but yet haven't even gotten to the character creation screen. I contacted the support on the ninth and got an email saying to use a wired connection. That didn't work so I emailed them back. Got an email saying they were working on it. I emailed them last night, same email and no response to my email back. Still can't get on. Anyway to contact an actual person?
