Any PC crafters now on Console have IP data for deconstruction? Data all the same on console?

I've been wondering if all our PC collective IP data for mat deconstruction is the same for new consoles.

I wouldn't expect ZOS to change the entire crafting back-end for console but they could have.

There is no reason to change this for the Console from the PC.

If your seeing less than expected it could be one of two reasons:

    1. Your deconning the 0 Value White items that you find (stolen or not), those give almost no Insp
    2. There was a change done so that low level characters no longer get huge Insp from deconning high level items. The days of a L6 deconning a VR12 sword and gaining a Blacksmithing Rank are over. However, VR ranked characters just starting out in crafting do see the expected Inspiration from high level items. This change was done months ago, way before console release.

    Also
    3. I don't know exactly what the valued loot that is usually stolen gives for Inspiration, but it is a bit less than mob dropped loot, but still enough to make it worth while as a source of crafting Inspiration.

I am not on console at all, I just wanted to know if the IP data is exactly the same before I answer any IP questions for new console players.

I've been re-checking IP data on PTS and live for all major PC updates but I will not have any console access to confirm for Consoles.

Since we aren't separating PC and console forums, we are seeing all the same new-player questions from PC beta and release and BTP and now console.

If anyone can confirm IP data for consoles we won't have to answer data questions with "Well on PC it is..."

    Thanks

I did not think you would betray us.

However what makes you think it would be different? Is anything else different? Other than the control scheme? I have not seen any posts to say that anything is less or more on the console than the PC. Maybe there has been, but I have not seen it.

Well we didn't know for sure what "reduced" meant for 1.6 until we actually tested in PTS and after patch in live.

Unless someone decides to do the actual work, I'll just be safe and add my disclaimer to console answers.

Did no testers run the numbers during Console beta? or too busy ganking new players in Cyrodiil?

I have no idea what ZOS "visions" are for long-term game mechanics in crafting and other systems, they made the changes they have for reasons that has affected our gameplay in a lot of different ways.

I'm happy to learn the real data and then have at it, the very existence of the game satisfies me to no end.

That is not even close to the same thing as a release on a new platform. Your comparing a game overhaul to a platform release. If you keep adding your disclaimer to console answers, your just creating rumors based on speculation and that does not help anyone.

Besides, other than the Help sections for the consoles, how are you going to know if the question is being asked by a player on the console or the pc? Some might state it, most do not.

    So time-out already,

I'm not trying to argue a point, If no one has verified the data is exact on Console then the answer is no one knows for sure or hasn't posted new charts or confirmations for others if they have.

This is not a conspiracy post, its a simple attempt at getting real data to share with everyone. Either console crafters have run the numbers or not.

If I've given a different impression, sorry, but not intended.
