How do I get "error" out of server for "spamming" messages when all I did was send a friend a party?

Spent HOURS! Trying to get on took break then I get a live message from my buddy North American server is back up. After waiting again a additional 20min I finally get in first thing I do is send one friend a party invite. After talking to him for about 3 minutes while walking to make one long sword. A message popped up saying "Error 318: you have been removed from servers excessive messaging or spamming" A little lost since I don't know how to send messages other than Xbox live in this game. Is this going to keep happening?

✭✭Being kicked from server for allegedly "spamming" has been on PC version since beta, ,it is irritating but you will get used to it:}Once I was a lamb, playing in a green field. Then the wolves came. Now I am an eagle and I fly in a different universe.
