How to check time played

I know on PC you just type in /played or something like that and it will say how long you've played. Does anyone know how to do this on PS4/Xbone?

✭✭✭✭✭I've seen others ask this and the only way I've heard of doing it is checking how long you have played the game in total.. which would be somewhere in your PS4/Xbox area - not in the actual game. I haven't yet seen anyone mention a way to break it up by character or find it in game.
