Where is the Prophet?

Ok forgive me if this comes off strong but I've spent 2 hours trying to even get support but webpages keep breaking.

Ok so I'm trying to find the Prophet for the "Soul Shriven in Coldharbour" quest. The marker takes be to the Avani House in Davon's Watch however it forces me to trespass and the prophet isn't in there. I've tried resets and restarts and whatever and I'm definitely not making another character just to address this one quest, changing servers already forced me to make a new character. So far my experience has been plagued with problems. So I do hope there is an easy fix for this.

Again sorry for coming off strong but my patience is wearing thin along with a great deal of disappointment thus far.

    Go to the sandreno house in davons watch you more then likely didn't finish the first quest.

    few time that i was looking for him, finally i meet the prophet at the harborage.
    i don't know if is your case.
    edit: sorry, i think you do meaning the tutorial quest.

    Press Start, go to Journal, look for "Main Story" and the read what the quest says.

    @Havox. It says I should talk to him to check where I should go next.

    @BurtFreeman Where abouts is that? The marker has him at Davon's Watch but I'll search wherever as long as I find him.

    When you got transported from Coldharbour and arrived at that house, he should have been standing next to you.

    If you didn't saw him there, it may probably be the same issue many people is having ATM, about invisible NPCs, or instances on which they aren't interactable.

    This may be an obvious question, but did you tried logging off inside the house on where you landed, and then waiting a bit (5 to 15 mins) for the zone to reset?

    I hope you can find a solution for your problem!

    @leeux He was and I swore I spoke to him, as I did more quests I notice the quest was still there. So I'm guessing the quest didn't click over like it should have or because I moved on it's bugged out and he has disappeared.

    Though I am experience invisible NPCs for other quests now. Especially invisible enemies that I can't fight back against.

    You probably got to experience a server rollback, in the heavy lag moment...

    If the reset and wait I suggested doesn't work for you, you'll maybe need to send a /help ticket to support (don't know how you do that on the console) and they normally respond very quickly when you're having issues with your char progress, or lost items.

    @leeux Hopefully that is the reason. I've put one of those ticket things through on my xbox and got the email response. It just asked me to do a hard reset which I have done 3 times now. Even given a 30min gap to give it a turn over. But no luck, hope they respond soon.

    @DrJakeReid He wasn't there the last few times I checked but I found him there this morning! Thanks a lot bud. Must have been a combination of invisible NPCs bug and the quest marker taking me to a completely different location, cheers again!

    Go to Sandreno House.... It worked for me too
