E-Mail registration problem, way to change E-Mail or create new one for account?

My fiancee was making her account in ESO, on the console, and when it came to giving it an E-Mail to associate with her account, so she could get an Activation E-Mail, she accidentally put the wrong e-mail, one that does not exist (combination of two different ones she has) on accident. So not only can she not activate her account, she can't find out how to change it and resend it to her real e-mail, or make a new one to use. And it keeps not letting her play because she needs the code and the account activated.
We're at a loss here, anyone able to help/

    Maybe it is possible to change email there: account.elderscrollsonline.com
    Login in User ID and password, than change email and try again

    Will try, only problem is, it didn't prompt her to create a Password on asking for her e-mail, only after she gets the confirmation e-mail.

    Still struggling to find out how to get e-mail changed to an existing one. Anyone?
