Feedback (Excessive Message Rate nonsense, and things that need to be added)

My game has crashed many times, and I have been kicked out of the game for "Excessive Message Rate"? I never post messages because I am in an Xbox Live party, so I have no need to do that. I would like this to be fixed. Also, my friend has a crash every 6 minutes and he is not liking it. Please fix this ASAP. Also, I believe there should be a Main Quest tracker instead of it just appearing in your quests; like maybe add the quest and tell what level it needs to be before it actually unlocks. Apothecary is not appearing for me as well in the quest of "The Ghosts Of Westtry". I have quit my game and logged out many times and I still haven't had any luck with it.
