ForestGuard✭✭✭I'm an LGBT guild leader (not an LGBT-focused guild though) and everyone in my Clan knows they have to be respectful of people's identity, sexuality, etc. One of my mains, the argonian Warcaller, is even in an IC relationship with a male wood elf hunter in the Clan.
Though I understand how scary it can be, I do have to tell you that RP communities are usually the most welcoming and understanding of these things, even if just a month ago I did have someone go on a slightly homophobic rant at me, they DEFINITELY are not the norm (and that was my first time encountering anything like that, having been here for over a year).
That said if you're an RPer AD-side you should join The Dominion Accord, as it's our OOC phasing / collective guild. And if you're looking for something In Character like the Bramblescar Clan, there are tons of links to similar guilds here on the NA RP Community Guild Map:
