Can't see friends in game.

Says we are in the same game at the same exact spot yet we cant see each other. Shows their health meter at the top right of my screen but we still are unable to see each others characters in game. Is anyone else having this issue?

    You are in different "phases" of the game. Try porting to a party member and it (hopefully) will bring you to their "phase".

    It's possible someone finished the quest area and others are in different instances or it's just a different instance.

    are you grouped together?

    Hi all, just wondering how to join/connect with friends. We are using xbox one's. We have both started this morning and tried to send "game invites" (through dashboard) we have also tried using the "social" tab within the game but we can still not play together. Help would be great full thank you. Also does race/faction/alliance make any difference to joining up in game.

    Faction does yes. If you rolled AD and your friend rolled DC the only thing you'll ever be able to do together is kill each other in Cyrodiil.

    Thanks Xendyn, as we just started might have to restart and choose same alliance. Although killing him would be fun :)

    Even in the same alliance you can not join together on Xbox the friends list and grouping is broken right now
