Bad Item Compare on Console + Invite to Guild

When receiving a quest reward or shopping at merchants, and in general console's need more convenient ways to compare items they see in the world against what they currently have equipped. Am i missing something? It seems like you can compare items once they are in your inventory, but that's it.

Also, adding new members to a guild is a real pain in the arse. You have to manually type in the users gamertag/PSN name. Ugh! There should be an option on the interact with player menu.

I agree a proper item compare function is needed. And since this is on console, I have no idea why the moron who first replied mentioned using a mouse.

I just want an "Invite to Guild" option added to my freinds list. I generally will "try out" people as friends before I invite them into my Guild. They should at least let us not have to type out every single name...very bad design IMHO.

They don't even show item stats when you select the item on the quest reward screen. It makes no sense. There's tons of screen real estate....It's so obvious that the item stats should be there along with a comparison of what you are currently using.
