Locking up on Looting

Just wanted to make this known to the staff and players. I started in Aldmeri Dominion and was questing on the instanced island where i discovered a loot bug. I was out killing mudcrabs on the beach and had it happen 3 times to me where i went to loot the crab and my game would instantly lock up. I'd still hear sounds but I was not able to press A or B to loot or to cancel. I even waited for a few minutes and still wasn't getting any response from the controller. I ended up either having to press the Xbox button and close the game or it would be completely locked up where I had to restart the system. I may have had this happen to me previously outside the instance but didnt really pay any mind to it.
Also, I noticed that using SmartGlass doesnt work either. I was trying to use it to get myself queued (or past the login error screen) while I do other things and it was not accepting any of the inputs. The only button that worked was the Xbox button to go back to dashboard but it doesnt do anything in the ESO menu. Would be great to have some SmartGlass support though.
