Different servers
Last night the North American server wouldn't let me in. So I joined the EU one. I had to make a new character thinking my account wouldn't load because it was down. Now this morning im trying to go back to NA and its back at my level 2 guy. Is there a way to go back or is it just something that's needs to be patched? My EU one is still their what ever level he is idk .

VictoriaRachel✭✭✭The servers are completely separate, nothing crosses between the two be it characters, gold, whatever. There is no option of paid transfers or anything else between them. They are two completely different instances of the game.
Sorry but if you want to continue on the NA server you are back to your level 2.0 -

✭Characters from each server (ps4 and Xbox) progresses separately, therefore it is up to you which one you want to heavily invest in. Some people do both0
