A tip that might help you gather some new members is to tag your forums thread title (can be done via editing the original post using the cog icon) with your play system (PS4), the server your based, faction and the type of guild it is.

Something like this.

Fairy Tale Guild Recruiting [PS4/XB1/PC] [EU/NA] [PVP/PVE/PVX] [EP/AD/DC]

This helps the players who fit what you're looking for find your guild quickly from the title alone.
I know there is a forums section for the sever/format but it still helps for people seeing the thread via recent posts.
