Eso Plus Membership on Xbox one Help

Ok, I want to be able to buy Eso plus on my Xbox but there seems too many problems.
1. I have to buy this through xbox one. I thought once you link your account you can buy ESO plus through the main site but as it states you have to buy through xbox one. So this leaves to my next problem.
2. There is only one option of Eso plus and that is the 30 month option. I want to buy the six month option but I cannot because there is no option through Xbox one. So wants I realize this I decided to pay for that sub until they give us more options which leads to another problem.
3. You cannot use Microsoft account to pay for the membership. I find this confusing why is it I have to use a credit card when I have a Microsoft account with money in it. I find this frustrating at least let me pay for a subscription from the site instead of this complicated ness on the xbox.

All subscriptions on Xbox require either PayPal or a real debit visa or credit card.
The discount sub programs are that of something ZOS needs to figure out as a in store card for ppl who don't want to set up a renewal
