What's the procedure with enchanting my weapons? Any given locations with where I can find rune stones? PS4

Resource nodes are scattered over the area. Runes look like small glowing shrines. With 3 runes (aspect/red =power, potency/blue = level, yellow = type) you can make a glyph. Glyph can be applied to weapons or armors.

Worth mentioning that you can buy Glypths from enchanters and then break them down into runes which improves your enchanting skill, you can then re-use them to make glypths of your own.

Here is a good List about runes and glyphs:
    forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/66580/spoiler-enchanting-list-of-rune-translations-and-glyph-combinationshttp://

You get crafting xp by deconstructung glyphs like @SP2271 said. Follow this rule:
    own glyphs : little xp
    found/bought glyphs : a bit more xp
other players(even othe alts!) glyphs: much xp
crafting writs: once a day, much xp and chance for surveys which grant much runes
Once I was a healer. Then I took a Wrobel to the knee.

Try buying some cheap glyphs, you might get lucky;)

If you're in Ebonheart Pact, a good source for rune stones is Bal Foyen, which is the small zone you go to after Bleakrock. I've discovered a really good route, and the nodes spawn really quickly.

There may be similar places in the other two factions, but since EP was my first alliance, I didn't really bother to search for good spawn spots in the starter areas for Daggerfall Covenant and Aldmeri Dominion.

@Jayne_Doe: the same is true for the other factions. Go to the small island starter zones and there are lots of Rune Nodes.

And if you get to the point where you want to spend major time on raising your enchanter skill overall, here's some of the most recent IP per Glyph Craft-Decon data:

I haven't yet enchanted any weapons/armor on the console, but on PC, you right click on the item you want to enchant, and select enchant from the small dropdown window. I would think that on console, highlighting or selecting the item you want to enchant should provide you with the option.
