How do you get from Rivenspire (V3) to the Alik'r Desert (V4)?.

    1. Finish quest line and take boat.

    2.Travel to player in Alik'r.

    You get taken there by ship, I think from Wayrest docks. But first you need to take the quest from the men that the king Fahara'jad sends, just after you finish choosing a ruler for Rivenspire.

    AFter you finish the rivenspire main quest, you will go to the Docks in the north of rivenspire and be transported to Alikr desert

    ^^ Ahhh! You're right... it's from Northpoint docks :)

    In addition to the final quest in the Rivenspire chain taking you there directly, from Northpoint docks as said above, you can also get there from the docks in Wayrest (Stormhaven) at any time, regardless of your quest progress. That may be what leeux is remembering.
