Blacksmith certification quest PS4 (bug?) can't progress.
So I was supposed to refine Ore into Ingot which I did, the next step in the quest is to talk to Millenith but nothing happens when I talk to her other than her saying the same thing over and over with the only option being Goodbye.
I've tried logging out and back in, tried leaving the area and coming back. Nothing.
