Login Queue needs some attention

Glad to see you're putting a queue in place to get us through the opening week rush. But... it's more than a little wonky. For me my position was bouncing between 1400 and 34,000 (approximately...in neither case was it an even number) and estimated wait time was reading as 1 second. It was pretty late for me so I bailed but in the 5 minutes or so I waited neither number changed so I doubt either was accurate.
