Quest characters not appearing

I am currently level 5 working on quests in Bleakrock. The problem I am having is that no characters are showing it. It shows there name where they are suppose to b standing but not visible. I have the option of pressing a to talk with them however nothing happens when I click the option. Is anyone else seeing this??
