Best game ever, but...

GIVE THE POSSIBILITY TO CENTER THE CAMERA IN 3RD PERSON!!
Please it would be amazing if you can do it, maybe just like a facultative option.
It's very bad to play 3rd person with the character on the left side of the screen....you could make just like GTA V. With a good ratio between zoom length and the pointer in the center of the screen.
Quote guys to make see this to the staff!

    I'm assuming you're a console player.

I play on PC and don't know how the console version works, but on PC there are settings to adjust the camera's positioning. Maybe there's a way to do that on console?

Yes I tend to agree we need more options for this sort of thing, centred seems most natural.

If you press down on the D-pad and pull back on the right analog stick, that will make the camera move back and center behind your character in 3rd person.

See? Mess around with settings and search a bit. There are options and such.

    Pwnd!!!

Had to add that as well. I really hope I'm within my TOS rights with this as I absolutely could not help myself and I am teasing. I even edited out of my first one.

@ZOS_GinaBruno. That just zooms the camera out. Where do we go to provide feedback specifically for console mechanics? for example:

When holding down the D-Pad, the only viable input from the right analog stick is back/forward for the zoom feature. How about allowing players to pan the camera from its current position all the way to the left using the left and right movements of the thumbstick?

What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

When I logged into the beta way back then, I found a decent MMO I then though to be a better fit for consoles, just by the feel of it. After that we found ourselves in a paid beta, and as enjoyable as that might have been, it now does show

ESO's finally come home. It just was meant to played on console. Let's hope we can do so conveniently with others some time, but it's great as a (random coop) single player, too. At least on tv with a controller in hands.

It wasn't meant to be played on console. My graphics are better and every TES game has mods galore, except the console version. I play it with a remote keyboard, remote mouse, sitting in my recliner in front of my 60" tv. Sorry, PC master race is still safe in first place :open_mouth:

For mine I'm pretty stoked at having loosed the bonds of a heavy laptop for an XB1 and a Surface Pro 2 - that's still great for a lot of games I still play, but the console has taken over big time here.

Add this ZoS, and make sure it gets on my native PC controller. And if you have PS4 controller support on PC add drag and drop with the touchpad!

Scuse me, but what i mean is to give the possibility to set the camera so that the character appears in the center of the screen while in 3rd person, and not on the left side. Maybe you could make the pointer a little bit transparent so that is always usable easily, also with a big zoom.

It was made with console and controller in mind to begin with surely?

    Tastes differ, I suppose.

Although, ESO is as far as anything from proving the superiority of PC gaming. It's been holding itself back right from the beginning. Instances, loading screens, low res textures, minimized UI, low skill count. Those are all 'achievements' of console design, ha. And now on PS4 and XBone all of it makes sense.

There's much better games to prove that. Even in the MMO sphere. Or at least there will be.
