New character build DK ps4 advice?

Brand new to ESO, looking for some advice on building a DK, race is Dunmer looking to focus on Ardent Flame but any advice is welcome

The great part about the Dunmer race is it's passives are great for either stamina or magicka focused DKs.

If you go stamina, I recommend 2H and bow personally with your Ardent Flame abilities on the 2H bar and your buffs/defensive abilities on the bow bar.

If you go magicka, Destro staff AOE is the place to be.

Can someone please explain to me what people mean when they say bars? Are those like the slots with which your skills are? If so, how do you edit them in case you wanted to swap out different abilities.
