Why do players usernames pop up on the bottom right with a little circle and dot? I've noticed the players are usually right in walking distance or in the near area. I plugged in my headset to see if perhaps it was people talking but I didn't hear anyone. Am I perhaps having tech. issues and it is in fact people talking with a mic? I also only see 1-3 at a time. Sorry if this has been addressed. I couldn't find anything in a search. Thanks in advance.
