I am on PS4 and I cant even count how many people I seen get killed from stealing or attacking the guards LOL! If I didn't want to level so bad I could just sit there in town and be entertained for hours LOL!

If most people come from Skyrim I can imagine how much fun this must be.

My joy is coming from reading the forums about the logon issues and now consolers are reporting lag.....

PC players have been complaining to ZOS for 3 months about game issues and lag, now they get to deal with it on consoles too....

Another amusing thing that can happen is to get killed by the guards for accidentally healing someone who stole something/killed an NPC.

On the PC side I returned last week and was trying out a heal I had morph'd into one that healed multiple folks , it happened to heal someone being chased by the guards.

After they killed them they returned running to me and promptly killed me too

I expect this in the Starter Zones, because if don't know, it's going to happen once or twice. But in Zone 3 or 4? Seriously? I see guards exterminating players in Rawkla (no I did not spell that right) every time I go to that town (which is not all that often now a days)
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

If someone heals a criminal, they clearly must be accomplices, and thus share in the just punishment! If you offer aid and comfort to outlaws, you become an outlaw yourself!

(a function clearly introduced so people can't just kill off the guards just by having some friends heal them through the fights)

It's easy to avoid if you don't heal random strangers, huh? Or fire off random heals, peroid.

Although... a bit harsh for those who do it by mistake I guess... but then, much of the justice system is. Would be neat to have an "surrender and plead your case" option... "Honest guardsman, it was all a mistake, I was just polishing my new mage staff when some sparkly motes shot out at the end and splashed that guy in the face with healing magic... I had no idea he was the infamous robert the rabid ravager, wanted in all the kingdoms of the covenant for numerous counts of theft, murder and crimes against common decency... really, its all an misunderstanding, I didn't mean to... oh, pleasedon'tkillme!" ;)

Idk, those streams where hundreds of players getting destroyed one-by-one due to attacking guards or healing nearby attackers was aaaaaaawesome. :)

    FIxed that for you.

Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

Yeah, happened to most of us at one point due to the nature ESO healing mechanics. Majority being "smart heals", going to any nearby ally being low on health. So you heal yourself, not seeing the criminal running behind you and bam kill on sight.

Cant use any form of smart heals as self-heals if you're near a settlement in Tamriel, these days. Even smaller hubs can have guards walking around and a fugitive sneaking. If you for what ever reason need to heal yourself, maybe fighting a quest NPC nearby, than keep your eyes open.

Some offensive or utility skill can heal allies to, for example Strife, Refreshing Path and multiple synergies, so have to think about that to when questing near guards. So not surprised if new console players die to the justice system(but I think most of it comes from randomly trying to loot some cool looking shield).
