Can't buy a horse
I have the 10k Gold to buy the cheapest horse, but the "Buy" option is grayed out and I can't get the horse. Suggestions?

I have the same issue here
I solved my own issue shortly after I posted this. I had a brain fart i guess. I didn't know that once you buy a horse from the stable, it goes to your collection tab under "mounts" and you then own it on all new characters that you create. So you just need to go into that tab and equip the horse that you already own. The "Buy" option is grayed out at the stablemaster because you can't buy the same horse twice.0
