Where to enter code?

I bought the Unlimited PC version, then the 20$ character transfer. I have my code but cannot find where to enter it. It only has "Purchase" available to me when I click on the game to download....am I mistaken, but I didn't think we had to buy a separate copy of the actual game for the Xbox One, that was part of the $20 I thought...

I am confused

Thanks to you, the game was installed when I got home from work. Able to log on after several attempts (10minutes at most). Server crashed within 15 min, back in for now..... Oh how we love launch day!!!!
