Can't progress from Coldharbor, constant crashing.

I'm in the first open bit of Coldharbor where you meet Cadwell and the game just crashes.
I log in, can walk around and stuff but I can't use skills, cans crouch or sprint and nothing else interacts with me, then after maybe 2 minutes the game crashes.
