Where did you pre-order from to get your Explorer Pack, and which platform are you having the issue on?

I was initially assuming that OP had just started playing, until I realised it was a beta username. If it was indeed the Crown Store purchase (which is the Adventurer Pack, not the Explorer Pack), or if OP has any existing characters, then another way to check is in the Upgrades section of the Collections screen (U), as Any Race, Any Alliance should be there.This late? Seems like they're looking into it, but I would suggest submitting a ticket online as well. The more info they get, the better equipped they are to address the issue.We're aware that some players who should have Imperial and Explorer's Pack bonuses are not able to access them.
