Downloading the Client Problems

So I go the preorder for ESO digitally and was set to download it, and went to the icon clicked it and got the client or so i thought... the client has no image of ESO and clicking on it just downloads a theme... its like the client itself wont download at all. Not to sure what the deal is here, but i cant even get the client to show up, at all. Anyone having this issue or am i just overlooking something simple.
