Problems tanking The Warrior

Not sure why but I don't have as many issues tanking other bosses as I do with the Warrior, he randomly turns around and one-shots players and ignores my taunts. Am I doing something wrong or is this boss bugged somehow?

Hlaadriel✭✭✭maybe taunted too much and it ignores the taunt... happens to all the boss. you need to alternate between the taunts that you have: puncture, inner fire etc...0 -

I also have TauntCheck addon, which I'm not sure is working properly, and I recently read that you can't taunt more than 3 times in 12 seconds, so I've been keeping on eye on that specifically.
