I took someone else's advice finding the code, so I have started the download.

✭✭✭✭✭I just went to my billing history to get the code. I seem to have received the email... telling me to go to billing history to get the code. lol. I would have thought we would have received our code in the email.
At least it was in billing history like it was supposed to be!What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
