This is the forth email that they are writing me keep telling me to wait for the email to get the code...
AND THE CODE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE!!! READY TO DOWNLOAD!

I had a interesting confiscation with CS; I completed all the quest in the Ebonheart pact and didn't get my title for it. So I emailed them about it and they responded back with some random thing about the Ebonheart pact title explaining what you needed to do to completed it and how to do get it done and then advised I should join a guild to get it done I eventually got a real person that could read email's and told me that I would get it in update of the game. About 2 weeks later I got the title.

I don't think you get our point. You're complaining about a resolved issue that more or less was your fault for not practicing proper email checking and following up on important information. You then took your own faulted actions and screamed them at not only ZOS customer support, but also us on the forums.

Stop you're whining mr. whiny and just go play the game! Much love, just be happier.

You solved your problem. Stop posting in here. Waiting to download the game probably took less time than it took everyone to even be able to log in from the launch. The servers went crazy. I downloaded it last night while you were whining about it.
When it was done I still couldn't log in so I went to bed. I am in now though so see you in game?
