Is trading disabled for anyone on EU PS4? I am not a ESO+ member does it matter?

    PC player here.
    ESO+ has no bearing on game mechanics or features. It gives you a few boosts, crowns, and access to future dlc (as long as you remain Subscribed).
    What you are experiencing is most likely a bug.

    lol always the first thing out of tech supports mouth (I started at a help desk so I remember saying it)

    "Sir did you try the onoff (spelled out) switch? What's that you say? Did you try restarting your PC sir?"

    It has to be done though for a reason. It still makes me think of that South Park episode with the TSA agents working security around the toilet. "I need to check your (expletive) sir"

    There's a reason for this. My call center that has a 70% first call resolution rate resolves over 30% of issues with workstation reboots B)
