Question on ESOTU- Console Transfer

Before the transfer time came to an end for Account Copy (June 1st), I purchased Explorer's Pack...It looks like though with the game code that was provided by ZOS (ESO:TU Imperial Edition) counts as a pre-order and is giving out Explorer's Pack as a pre-order bonus.

If this is the case, and wasn't fully explained by ZOS. Does that mean I am out the amount that I paid for the Explorer's Pack DUE to ZOS not explaining what bonus you would get with the account copy code? OR is this something ZOS can support in fixing?

Anyone else out there that didn't have the Explorer's Pack and is now seeing it as a bonus (due to pre-order)?

Just to clarify if it is in fact added as a pre-order bonus or not and I am just not reading the information right/wrong.

It has been a pre-order bonus for retailers. If you purchased it before the account copy it will have been transferred over and will be in your collections tab.

That's what I was thinking, but is there any account transfer code users that didn't have explorers pack to begin with..and are now getting it. I purchased it the day before June 1st cut off, just because I wanted it to transfer over...I had asked ZOS in an email if due to it being a "free" code for the imperial edition would it come with the bonus explorers pack which they told me , No.

I just wanted to be clear if that was the case before sending a ticket of support.

There are two ways to get the Explorer Pack on console:

• Preorder a console edition of the game (Imperial or Standard, all preorders come with the Explorer Pack)
• Transfer your PC account which has the Explorer Pack on it already (which would have been from PC preorder)

Nobody who has got the account transfer will be getting the Explorer Pack added, as Explorer Pack is only available to preorders. (Not counting the unsolicited selling of Explorer Pack codes by third parties, which is not supported by ZOS.)

The content that came with the Explorer Pack is also mostly available in the Crown Store as the Adventurer Pack (only the pet is different). If you bought the Adventurer Pack on PC before the transfer, that will transfer as well.
