NO SOUND AND QUESTING GLITCHED HELP PLEASE ):::
Ok, so I just re installed my game, doing fifth repair as I type this. My drivers are up to date and I can get into game but when I try and go ahead and pay my sound doesn't load at all and it's on master volume 100 and all the other settings are up to 70, my pc volume and headset are both all the way up. I can hear the cinematic but I can't here anything in game): Very extremely frustrated because I kept getting error 100 before and spent over 8 hours today as soon as I woke up to about 9:00 pm figuring this out and I tried to play and no sound AND my quests are glitchy! They ALL say unknown and I can't activate them or anything!! UGH. AND on top of all that, I tried to create a new character and when I try to select the race and classes it doesn't say the name of them, it just pops up a little cross in a box where it should say the name. Very frustrated please help.

And it just says [T]GAME QUEST TRACKER or something were I should see my active quest. And now all players and npcs names above their head just say "offline" and also at the begging of the game the gamma was all down and a menu said "select country" I just clicked the first and hit confirm cuz i couldn't see anything at the time? does that have something to do with it because language or something? ✭✭✭✭✭Have you tried disabling all your Addons to see if the game works right without them?
First thing to try , roll a new character (your going to throw him out, so dont' spend any time on it), skip the Prison and see if you get any quests or weirdness when he is dumped in the first town.
As for Offline on NPCs, that is just about as weird as it gets, NPCs can't be Offline.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Glierhuin✭✭✭Looks like some serious corrupt data or missing files.
I would recommend deleting the contents of the live folder located in: /documents/Elderscrollsonline/Live or /documents/Elderscrollsonline/LiveEU.
Addons and all config files likes usersettings are located there. They will be recreated after you launch the game the next time. If that doesn't help it sounds like a complete new install would be advisable.I have approximate knowledge of many things.0 -
Nevermind i just deleted everything in the live documents folder and ima back and playing thnx for the help guys
