What recipes do I have?

SoulSworne
Is there a way to tell, other than going to a cookfire?

The reason I ask, is that when I see someone advertising a recipe when not in a town/near a known cookfire, I have no way of knowing if I already have a recipe that is being advertised... and I certainly am not going to immediately stop what I am doing, run to a town, go to a cookfire, and then check my "cookbook".

Advice?

If people link the recipe and you click it, at least Sous Chef addon can show if your alt(s) know it.

This video here shows having "stars" next to the recipe that show at a glance if I already know the recipe.

Upon download and install, I seem to have everything except those "stars"; looking at the "checkmark" in the upper righthand corner, it shows "[blank] = recipes known" etc. (with "[blank]" meaning there is nothing there, just a blank space).

Is there a way to turn those stars on?

    Many thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer, but check this link from the author. He links a guide to the add-on.

Huh, now for no reason the "stars" are showing. Only change I did was quit the game entirely (previously had only logged out and back).

Well, whatever the reason, it is now working.

You guys, theres a little note in the upper left hand corner that says "recipe" if you dont know it and "known recipe" if you know it on that character. Sous chef become useful if you want know if characters other than the one you are on know a recipe and that only works if you have it in your inventory or if you are in the guild store.
Me: It's[WB spamming DK] a really cheesy build
Guildy: I like cheese with my wine, and WB creates some really good wine.
