So , we all have to admit sorcerer is not welcomed for dragonstar arena top score teams.

I dont know the situation in EU, but in NA it is confirmed that sorcerers are not welcomed in dragonstar arenas, as no top teams bring sorcerers with them. Any opinion to this phenomenon guys ?
The number is still decreasing in recent weeks.

Yeah there is a Sorc on the #1 World Score. The 2nd AD grp is also thinking of replacing a DK with a Sorc for theire group, aswell as we got 2-3 Sorcs in our Raids (#1 world in every trial).
Think there isn't really a trend away from sorcs as more a trend towards steel tornado spamming classes in DSA^^

Sometimes, I just can't tell if it's an enemy NPC negate or a PVP enemy sorcerer's negate anymore...

world #1 has a sorc
yet there are still threads like this one.

i guess this might be part of the reason the number is decreasing. too many sorcs rerolling or not working on their builds because they're told their lack of dps is about class balance.

EU leaderboards, in turn, might be the reason EU players don't move away from sorcs as much.

@Roselle which is why voice chat helps (TS if on PC, for instance).

If an Ult is dropped that is similar to one your party members can produce, call out "Bad Negate" or "My negate."

They don't really have enough visuals to make the difference notable in time.

DKs are the master tanks.
Templars are master healers.
NBs pull insane AoE damage which is very handy for vet dsa.
Yet sorcs are on the bottom of the chain dps wise. If I want to pull top notch dps, I have to unload a fully stocked overload on the boss, which requires me to not use my ultimate for a long period of time. Dks get so many buffs for fire between dunmer class, racial passives, and numerous set items that boost fire damage. Sorcs have an entire skill line based on lightning damage yet there is no class nor armor set that boosts lightning damage. Also, sorcs don't have a spammable dps skill what so ever.

If you roll a sorc, just pvp.
