Silly Question About PvP Cross-Alliance Communication

Hi everyone,

Please forgive me as my Internet-search-fu is not as strong as it used to be. I tried searching for the answer both on google and on the forums and wasn't left with a clear idea.

Is it possible to communicate with "enemy" players in Cyrodiil? For example, if I, a DC player, encounter an AD or EP player, will I be able to communicate with them in /say or any other channel?

You can whisper them directly, but they won't see any /say or /zone
