About to get back into the game via Xbox One - what would be a good build for 60% PVP/40% PVE?

Title says it all really. Played at launch to VR1 and then my PC melted so haven't played since. I am not ashamed of going for a FOTM build but would like advice on something that can hold its own in PVP in small groups/solo.
